Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
Handle cash, UPI, credit/debit card, and other payment transactions accurately.
Generate bills and issue receipts.
Maintain an accurate cash drawer and reconcile cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
Resolve customer queries related to billing and payments professionally.
Coordinate with the floor and service team to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
Follow company policies, billing procedures, and cash-handling guidelines.
Report any billing discrepancies or system issues to the reporting manager.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
0–3 years of experience as a Cashier in Hospitality, QSR, Café, Restaurant, Retail, or Food & Beverage industry.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS billing systems.
Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
