• Assist customers with product selection, answering questions about features, benefits, and usage to enhance their shopping experience
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques to maximize sales potential
• Support inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing stockroom areas, and conducting regular stock counts
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues with professionalism and positivity
• Contribute to a clean, organized store environment that encourages customer engagement and safety
Skills
• Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure smooth transactions
• Knowledge of landscaping maintenance, gardening practices, and horticulture principles is a plus
• Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
• Strong communication skills to clearly convey product information and build rapport with customers
• Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles demonstrating reliability and enthusiasm
• Organizational skills for managing stock levels, merchandising displays, and store cleanliness
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms can be an advantage for supporting online orders and inquiries
