Job Description
.We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing property sales team in Patna. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client meetings, property site visits, and closing residential and commercial property sales.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, real estate market knowledge, and experience in customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities Generate real estate leads through calls, references, and digital platforms Conduct property site visits with clients Explain residential and commercial property features Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Build and maintain client relationships Coordinate with developers, brokers, and channel partners Maintain sales records and CRM updates Negotiate property pricing and close deals
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
