Core Responsibilities Client Advisory & Representation: Meet with buyers, sellers, and renters to understand their preferences, financial parameters, and goals. Guide clients step-by-step through closing processes, local market conditions, and financing options. Property Listing & Marketing: Prepare and execute tailored marketing strategies for listings—including photography, staging advice, high-impact descriptions, social media campaigns, and Multiple Listing Service (MLS) management. Market Analysis: Perform Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to establish competitive listing prices for sellers or fair purchase offers for prospective buyers. Showings & Open Houses: Organize and host private viewings and public open houses to showcase properties to prospective buyers. Negotiation & Contract Management: Draft, review, and present purchase agreements, counteroffers, lease contracts, and related addenda. Mediate negotiations between parties to ensure client interests are protected. Lead Generation & Networking: Prospect for new clients using lead databases, cold outreach, personal networks, community involvement, and referral systems. Coordination & Compliance: Partner with mortgage lenders, real estate attorneys, home inspectors, and escrow agents to bring transactions to a successful close while maintaining full compliance with relevant real estate laws.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,733.29 per month
