You must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment, must enjoy talking to strangers and greeting people with a smile :-)
We want team members that want to have fun but are responsible, hard working and can maintain a clean and organized work space and take pride in the food they are preparing and serving
You must be available to work mornings and occasional weekends
You need to be able to come to work at 6:30 AM or 7AM . . . psst . . . that's when it is still dark outside ;-) But your day ends nice and early too
You need to be able to get to work on time in the early mornings
Previous Customer Service experience is a Must
Must have previous experience as a Barista, Bartender or Server (preferably within the last 3 years)
Passion for Coffee, Fitness and Healthy Lifestyle is a bonus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we're not just saying it, we get really busy, you will need to be able to "keep up"

You must be able to reliably commute to Fort Lauderdale so that you are On Time for your scheduled shifts, especially if you are working in the morning - Please do not apply if you cannot reliably commute to downtown Fort Lauderdale. We are currently hiring for Both FULL TIME and PART TIME positions and offer supplemental Medical and Dental insurance to employees who work over 32 hours per week.
We are looking for experienced Baristas and Servers that are passionate about Fresh Healthy Food & Great Coffee.
If you have experience in working as a Server or Barista in Full Service or Fast Casual Restaurant, if you love talking to people and want to have fun at work, if you like having "regulars" and enjoy making great tips then this is the spot for you !
