Overview
We are looking for a skilled Trim Carpenter to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience installing interior trim and doors, including baseboards, crown molding, door casings, and other decorative woodwork. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality finishes for residential and commercial projects.

Duties

Measure, cut, and install interior trim, including baseboards, crown molding, wainscoting, door casings, and window trim.
Install interior doors, cabinetry, and custom woodwork as needed.
Work from blueprints and project specifications to ensure precise installation.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Ensure all installations meet high-quality craftsmanship standards.
Collaborate with other trades to complete projects on time.
Follow workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Skills

Proven experience as a Trim Carpenter
Expertise in cutting, assembling, and installing interior trim and doors.
Proficiency in using woodworking tools, including saws, routers, and nail guns.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
