Job Overview
We are looking for a well-trained Carpenter to join our team. We are based in The Blue Mountains and service mostly Collingwood to Thornbury area.
Duties and responsibilities include but aren't limited to, the following:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches and to understand project specifications
Framing of walls, roofs, decks etc.
Installing trim/mouldings
Installation and troubleshooting of windows, doors and sealed units
Aluminum work including trough, fascia and soffit
Experience with flooring installs considered an asset
Handling of drywall. Mudding/taping considered an asset
Experience with light electrical work including removal and installation of light fixtures considered an asset
Experience with general plumbing work including sink and toilet troubleshooting and installs considered an asset
