Job Overview
We’re looking for an experienced lead hand or carpenters who know their way around framing, finish carpentry, concrete, and general construction.
You’ll be running jobs, keeping the crew on track, reading blueprints, and making sure the work is done right. While ensuring safety and efficiency on site.
Duties
Lead the crew on site and keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule.
Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
Coordinate and help with framing, concrete, finish carpentry, siding, flooring, tile, cabinetry, roofing, and other renovation work as needed.
Safely use and train others on hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
Make sure all work meets safety standards, building codes, and our quality expectations.
Help with material takeoffs, ordering, and keeping track of tools and job site inventory.
Jump in wherever needed, whether that’s framing, finishing, heavy lifting, woodworking, basic electrical or plumbing, or general construction tasks.
