Cire Community School is a leader in delivering innovative programs to students from Year 7 to Year 12 who have disengaged from education and offers an alternative to mainstream schooling.
Cire Community School is seeking an experienced administrator/student officer with client-facing expertise to support school operations at the Berwick campus. This is a permanent full-time position working 5 days per week during school terms only.
Joining a high performing team of six working across four campuses, the Campus Administration Officer will be a warm and welcoming presence at Cire Community School, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the whole school community.

Who Are You?

The ability to work well as part of a team will be imperative, and you will use your excellent communication skills to get things done and influence positive outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a customer focused administrative, reception or business support role. Previous administrative or reception experience in an education setting and knowledge of school database systems would be a distinct advantage.
You will be technologically proficient and can adapt quickly to changing technology, processes and other systems. Your ability to flex and pivot will serve you well in this role, as will your exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Cire Community School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful applicant will be required to obtain a National Criminal History Check and maintain a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and level 2 first aid currency.
