Role Description The Caller role at S C SERVICES is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The caller will handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, provide clear and courteous information, and respond to customer inquiries and concerns. Day-to-day tasks include updating call records, following scripts or guidelines where required, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members. The role also involves coordinating with internal departments, meeting call volume and quality targets, and maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with a clear and confident telephone manner.
Ability to listen actively, understand customer needs, and respond in a polite, solution-focused way.
Basic computer literacy, including the ability to work with call logs, spreadsheets, or CRM tools.
Organizational skills to manage call queues, follow up on pending cases, and adhere to schedules.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or call center operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
Comfort working in a target-driven environment and willingness to learn company processes and scripts.Experience in the field of iso certification will be preferred
