Attend and manage incoming patient calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as per patient requirements.
Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors' availability, departments, packages, and facilities.
Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
Conduct outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, patient feedback, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM/Hospital Information System.
Coordinate with various departments to resolve patient concerns efficiently.
Pay: ₹10,525.03 - ₹22,000.00 per month
