Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Customer Service Representative role based in Jaipur. The representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries about products, sizing, pricing, and availability, and assist with order placement and tracking. Daily tasks include resolving issues, addressing complaints, providing clear and courteous information, and escalating complex matters to the appropriate team members. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, following call center procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement of customer service processes. The successful candidate will represent The Suit House Jaipur professionally and help create a positive customer experience in every interaction.
Qualifications
Ability to work effectively as a Customer Service Representative, handling calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and timely follow-up.
Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; additional local languages are an advantage.
Comfort using phones, computers, and call center software to document and manage customer interactions.
Prior experience in retail, fashion, or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage time effectively, and remain calm under pressure.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or communication is beneficial.
