The Company

This contractor provides commercial joinery furniture across high end commercial corporate fitout. With withstanding relationships with Fitout contractors Architects they are well placed in the industry for the long term. With a well-structured, progressive, and innovative team across design, estimating, manufacturing and delivery you will be joining a high performing and supportive team delivering commercial projects up to $2M. This role will be based offices in Blacktown with flexibility on offer.

Responsibilities

Estimating Quoting

Prepare quantity take-offs and review project requirements.
Request and compare supplier quotes.
Draft and update client quotes and revisions.
Convert approved quotes into actionable tasks.

Purchasing

Review quantity take-offs for procurement.
Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing.
Draft and place purchase orders.
Follow up on order status and delivery timelines.
