We are a national based IT consultancy, seeking a talented Senior PeopleSoft Administrator to join our dynamic team, responsible for leading all technical areas of PeopleSoft Administration. You’ll handle tasks from environment setup and upgrades to performance tuning and troubleshooting, ensuring a smooth and secure PeopleSoft environment for a critical customer.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of PeopleSoft administration, including web server, apps server, Tuxedo, and PeopleSoft Tools.
Develop and execute PeopleTools upgrade strategies, including planning, retrofitting, and performance testing.
Perform critical maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting across PeopleSoft environments and manage customer interactions with confidence.
Manage PeopleSoft Security (ADFS, audit, advisory) and handle change assistants, load balancing, batch servers, and process scheduling.
Required Skills and Experience
Strong understanding of PeopleSoft 3-tier Architecture
Expertise in SQL and PeopleSoft Application performance tuning
Proficiency in PeopleTools Upgrades and PS Admin components (Weblogic, Integration, Gateway, Elasticsearch, F5 Load Balancing)
Preferred knowledge of Oracle Database Administration (Partitioning, RMAN, DR, Cloning, CPU patches)
Experience in PeopleSoft HCM, Absence Management, or Global Payroll is highly desirable
