Job Description
Experience : 5+ Years
• Familiar with Project like EHV cabling, Substations, Airports, residential buildings & Oil & gas projects
• Design and develop cable routing paths and wiring harness layouts within 3D CAD environments.
• Create detailed routing models, installation drawings, and cable layout documentation.
• Ensure proper cable routing based on bend radius, spacing, protection, and accessibility requirements.
• Perform interference and clearance analysis to avoid clashes with structural and mechanical components.
• Optimize cable routing for weight reduction, space utilization, and ease of installation and maintenance.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure effective system integration.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation including cable lists, routing diagrams, and bill of materials (BOM).
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Support prototype builds, testing activities, and resolve installation or design issues during production.
• Participate in design reviews and implement improvements based on project requirements and feedback
Qualification : BE/B.tech(Electrical)
