About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Lead to oversee financial operations, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Entertainment and/or E-commerce industry, with a strong understanding of high-volume transactions, revenue models, and digital business ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and audits
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, GST, TDS, and company laws
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
• Oversee cash flow management and working capital optimization
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors
• Monitor and improve financial processes, controls, and systems
• Analyze financial data to support business decision-making and growth strategies
• Manage vendor payments, reconciliations, and receivables
• Ensure accurate reporting of revenue streams (especially for digital/ecommerce models)
Key Requirements
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
• Must have experience in Entertainment and/or E-commerce industry
• Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, compliance, and financial regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, SAP, or similar ERP systems)
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and financial modeling
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred Skills
• Experience handling high transaction volumes (e-commerce platforms)
• Exposure to digital revenue models, subscriptions, or content monetization
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
