If so, this may be the role for you!

What you will be doing!

Working with customers to identify opportunities to utilize new technology, explore options for automation, and consult on business investment proposals involving Information Management Technology input to support them in achieving desired goals.
Working as the strategic interface with assigned areas of CNL for business-IMT strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.
Providing highly-valued, strategic consulting-level support and guidance throughout key Information Management Technology initiatives
Communicating decisions, priorities and relevant information to IMT and IS business stakeholders.
Coaching business leaders and enabling them to articulate their functions (i.e. technology, people, etc.) needs and requirements will advance business performance.
Partnering with enterprise architecture to develop and maintain multi-year business capability roadmaps.
Partnering with business transformation teams (change management) to ensure effective business transformation for all initiatives.
Partnering with the project/program/portfolio management organization (PMO) to ensure a healthy and well-managed initiative portfolio.
Partnering with business leadership to plan new joint initiatives, evaluate proposals, and determine how they fit into business capability roadmaps and priorities.
Thinking strategically by identifying business function opportunities and the best-suited position for the function's adoption within the business partner organization. Measure adoption and work with business leadership to develop future roadmaps and opportunities.
Identifying and integrating business partners' long-range plans into business capability roadmaps and priorities, as appropriate.
Briefing stakeholders on business partner plans.
Focusing on business value rather than solutions to develop ideas, including digital awareness, risk assessments, business continuity, and business capability requirements.
Building and managing the relationship team to ensure convergence and strategic partnering with the business partner team, including working closely with leadership as executive sponsors for each business partner.
Advocating for an awareness and focus on business partner strategic plans.
Correlating business value and priorities to planning activities and goal-setting.
Ensuring that project/program managers of business partner projects know the business partner and their objectives; engaging as a project/program stakeholder, including evaluating project efforts and progress against joint strategic plans and objectives.
Being creative and innovative with regard to your knowledge and awareness of industry trends and digital advances as they relate to new opportunities and business needs.
Evaluating joint initiatives as they relate to corporate strategy to ensure convergence and opportunities for measurable success.
Acting as the strategic interface between the BRS's function and business partner to stimulate, surface, and shape business demand and ensure that the potential business value from those assets and capabilities is captured, realized, optimized, and recognized.
Establishing and earning value-adding, strategic partner relationship maturity for yourself in the role of a BRS and the entire function.
Developing a deep knowledge of the business partner’s business unit and building positive relationship development horizontally and vertically.
Ensuring business value realization and optimization, from value plans through consultancy, business case development, and financial awareness, managing expectations, and identifying opportunities to add value.
Ensuring project and initiative progress, including consistent and effective communication. This includes managing escalation and avoiding risk.
Educating business partners about processes, roles, and capabilities.
Establishing communication processes and channels across business functions.
Measuring and communicating business value realized with the business partner periodically.
Conducting positive negotiations with business lines around services provided by IS/IMT
Being responsible for ensuring oversight of metrics, goals, service level agreements, and objectives that indicate risk to their client's business needs related to services provided by Information Systems, and Information Management Technology.
Adapting to change, being open to new ideas, taking on new responsibilities, handling pressure, and adjusting plans to meet changing needs.
Representing Integrated Services to the company’s internal customers by promoting Information Management Technology's vision, value, services, and capabilities.
Recognizing problems and responding, systematically gathering information, sorting through complex issues, seeking input from others, addressing root cause of issues, making timely decisions, making difficult decisions, using consensus when possible, and communicating decisions to others.
Other duties as assigned by one manager.
