Administrative Support: Providing administrative support for client corporation incorporation and business operations.
Document Management: Managing internal documents and organizing corporate records.
Bookkeeping Support: Supporting internal receipt management, bookkeeping, and basic accounting tasks.
Communication: Assisting with basic communication between clients and partners.
Research: Conducting data research and organizing materials required for project progression.
Operational Support: Providing practical support to ensure smooth workflows within the team.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proactive Attitude: Individuals with a proactive and diligent attitude toward learning.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous skills in document preparation and organization.
Bilingual Proficiency: Ability to utilize both Korean and English professionally.
Adaptability: Willingness to flexibly learn and experience a wide range of tasks.
Fluency in Korean and English
Working Conditions
Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (including 1-hour lunch break)
Weekends and public holidays off
Salary and compensation to be discussed with shortlisted candidates based on internal company policies
