About the Role
We are hiring enthusiastic MBA and Engineering graduates for our Jaipur office to join our Business & Marketing team. This is an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates in Jaipur who are eager to build a career in business development, client engagement, and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Support business development and client acquisition initiatives
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Contribute to brand-building and marketing initiatives
• Prepare reports on marketing activities and business performance
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
• MBA (Marketing/Business preferred) or B.Tech/B.E. (Any stream)
• Recent graduates or final-year students based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur
Skills & Attributes:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn
• Strong team player with self-discipline
• High integrity and intellectual honesty
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts
• Proficient in MS Office
• Tech-savvy; familiarity with AI tools is a plus
