The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in business litigation.
To be considered for the role of Permanent Business Litigation Partner, applicants must have
A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar and in good standing
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business litigation, with a particular focus on employment law
A proven track record of success in litigation, including trial experience
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
A strong client service orientation and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
The ability to work effectively in a team and to mentor junior associates
The ability to manage multiple cases and projects, with a keen attention to detail and deadlines
A commitment to ethical conduct and professional responsibility
Benefits
Salary $185,000 - $250,000 per year

Representing clients in all aspects of business litigation, including trials, arbitrations, mediations, and negotiations

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts
Actively participating in business development activities to attract and retain clients
Mentoring and supervising junior associates and contributing to their professional development
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in employment law and advising clients accordingly
Collaborating with other partners to drive the strategic direction of the firm
