Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Business Head to lead our broking and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the BFSI sector or broking distribution, with a proven track record of P&L management and channel ownership. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on familiarity with partner economics, KYC, onboarding processes, and funding fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to build and enhance the partner and distribution network, particularly in Tier 2/3 markets.
• Manage P&L responsibilities and channel ownership to drive business growth and profitability.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of client support teams, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
• Foster strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and achieve business objectives.
• Implement effective onboarding and KYC processes for new partners to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Analyze partner economics and performance metrics to make informed decisions and improve overall business outcomes.
• Embrace entrepreneurial approaches alongside traditional distribution strategies to drive innovation and growth.
• Maintain transparent communication regarding monthly performance metrics and business updates to all stakeholders.
