About DocYori
DocYori is a modern Clinic & Hospital Management Software designed to simplify healthcare operations. Our platform helps clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals manage appointments, EMR, billing, pharmacy, diagnostics, HRM, IPD, OPD, and much more. We are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals who can manage software sales, product demonstrations, customer onboarding, and post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
IT Sales
Generate and qualify new leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable DocYori solutions.
Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations.
Prepare quotations and follow up until deal closure.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain lead data and sales pipeline in CRM.
Customer Support
Assist customers during software onboarding and implementation.
Provide product training to doctors, receptionists, and clinic staff. Resolve customer queries via Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and Remote Support.
Coordinate with the technical team for bug reporting and feature requests.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
Maintain support tickets and follow SLA timelines.
