Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives and Business Development Managers to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, meeting clients, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and be willing to travel locally for business meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, private organizations, and government departments.
Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions offered by the company.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and business documentation.
Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up discussions.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in the CRM or company database.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, seminars, and networking meetings.
Eligibility Educational Qualification
Candidates with any of the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:
MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Management)
BBA

B.Com
M.Com
BA
B.Sc.
Any Graduate
Fresh MBA/BBA graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience
Business Development Executive: Freshers to 3 years
Business Development Manager: 3 to 8 years
Candidates with experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, ERP Sales, Corporate Sales, or Government Tender Business Development will be given preference.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
English communication skills preferred.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to travel for client meetings.
