Key Responsibilities
Drive new business growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities with commercial airlines, aviation operators, and industry partners.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the aviation market and expand ASO’s customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CISOs, IT leaders, and compliance officers in the aviation sector.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Provide consultative sales expertise, understanding customer pain points and demonstrating how ASO’s solutions address their cybersecurity and compliance needs.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and product capabilities.
Represent ASO at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and drive lead generation.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline tracking and reporting using CRM tools.
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in aviation, cybersecurity, or SaaS.
Strong hunter mentality with experience in B2B sales and a passion for closing deals.
Understanding of aviation cybersecurity, compliance, or regulatory frameworks (FAA, EASA, TSA, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a way that resonates with aviation decision-makers.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience using CRM and sales automation tools to track and manage leads.
