HubOps is a technology-driven solutions provider specializing in SaaS, DaaS, mobile application development, AR/VR solutions, and custom IT services. We are expanding our presence in the UAE market and seeking an experienced Business Development Representative with a proven track record in end-to-end sales.

Job Title : Business Development Representative

Location: Remote (Targeting UAE Market)
Salary: ₹50,000–₹70,000 per month + incentives
Experience Required: 3–4 years

Key Responsibilities

Market Development: Identify, target, and acquire clients in the UAE market for HubOps IT solutions.
Lead Generation Prospecting: Conduct research, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking to build a strong sales pipeline.
End-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring seamless client onboarding.
Solution Selling: Present and pitch SaaS, DaaS, mobile app, and AR/VR services to C-level executives and decision-makers.
Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on UAE market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to align strategies and deliver tailored solutions.
Required Skills Qualifications

3–4 years of B2B sales/business development experience in IT services, preferably with exposure to SaaS, DaaS, app development, or AR/VR solutions.
Proven track record in closing high-value deals in the UAE market.
Strong understanding of UAE business culture and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) for pipeline management.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
