Urban Real Estate is on the hunt for a driven, strategic, relationship-first Business Development Manager to help grow our Property Management division. If you love networking, negotiating, closing, and building something big — this is your move.

What Success Looks Like for You

You’re not just in the role — you’re owning it. Here’s what winning looks like:

You’re consistently growing the rental portfolio by identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities
You’re building strong relationships with landlords and investors, uncovering repeat and referral opportunities
Your rental appraisals are sharp, strategic, and on-brand — building instant trust and credibility
Your listing presentations are compelling, tailored, and confidently delivered
You’re on top of inbound leads from Project Sales & Residential Sales, following up fast and converting efficiently
You negotiate with confidence and secure signed management agreements consistently
New properties transition seamlessly into management because you collaborate closely with the PM team
Your CRM is clean, compliant, and up to date — no missed follow-ups, no loose ends
Success in this role means you’re proactive, visible in the market, and known for getting deals across the line.

Who This Is Perfect For

You’ve got runs on the board in real estate business development, leasing, or property management
You’re a natural connector — confident, persuasive, and relationship-driven
Targets motivate you (you don’t run from them)
You’re organised, proactive, and commercially minded
You’re comfortable using CRM/property systems (Property Tree experience = bonus points)
You hold a current Real Estate Registration/Licence + driver’s licence
