We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, managing complex negotiations with senior-level executives, and building strong long-term relationships with customers. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in handling bidding portals such as Freelancer, Upwork, and Guru, and should be knowledgeable about email marketing and follow-up with clients' responses.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong drive for results and a passion for growing businesses. Knowledge of web and mobile applications development practices and a deep understanding of marketing principles is also required.

Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed sales targets by generating leads, identifying opportunities, and closing deals with new and existing clients.
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and build strong relationships with customers.
• Handle bidding portals such as Freelancer, Upwork, and Guru.
• Utilise email marketing and follow-up with clients' responses.
• Develop new opportunities to increase company visibility and shape the marketing strategy of new products.
• Market the Company's software products via emails, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
• Analyse work statistics to determine project requirements and generate business opportunities by getting new development projects for the company in the areas of web and mobile applications.
• Screen potential business deals by analysing requirements and financials.
• Provide quality leadership to the Sales team and assist them in achieving their targets.
• Cold calling experience will be an added advantage.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-7 years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a passion for growing businesses.
• Knowledge of web and mobile applications development practices.
• Deep understanding of marketing principles.
• Cold calling experience will be an added advantage.
