Client Relationship Management:

Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and staffing requirements.

Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and addressing any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development within the US Staffing industry (6 months to 2 years).
• Strong understanding of the US staffing market, trends, and client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
