As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our forward-thinking team. As a Business Development Executive, you will work closely with the Marketing team to drive lead generation and identify new business opportunities. You’ll play a key role in initiating contact with prospective clients and arranging pre-qualified meetings for our engagement team.

About the role

Proactively contact potential clients via phone to assess interest and schedule introductory meetings
Collaborate with the Marketing team to shape and communicate our value proposition
Maintain accurate client records and sales activity within the CRM system
Keep detailed logs of calls, responses, and other valuable insights
Base Salary: c.£35,000 (dependent on experience)
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £65,000

About you


Proven experience in telesales, business development, or a related customer-facing role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Confidence in presenting services over the phone in a clear and engaging way
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
A passion for delivering excellent customer service
Creative thinker with the ability to contribute ideas and innovate
Target-driven and committed to achieving results
