Business Development Manager(B2B Sales - 3D Laser Scanning & Digital Engineering) Location: Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Professional with proven experience in B2B sales of 3D Laser Scanning, Reality Capture, Digital Twin, or Engineering Services. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, the ability to identify new business opportunities, and a track record of converting prospects into long-term clients across industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemicals, Power, and Infrastructure.
Drive business growth by generating new opportunities for 3D Laser Scanning, Digital Twin, Reality Capture, and Engineering Services.
Identify client requirements, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and coordinate with engineering teams for successful project execution.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
Achieve sales targets while expanding the company's customer base and market presence.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5-10 years of experience in B2B Business Development within Industrial Engineering Services.
• Hands-on experience in developing 3D Laser Scanning, Reality Capture, Digital Twin, Engineering Consultancy, or Asset Integrity Services.
• Strong understanding and relationships in industries including Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemicals, Power Plants, and Industrial Facilities.
• Ability to generate leads independently, manage the complete sales cycle, and travel for client meetings when required.
B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial) or MBA (Marketing/Sales).
Candidates from 3D Laser Scanning, Engineering Consultancy, Digital Engineering, Robotics, or Asset Integrity companies will be preferred.
Have a passion for Business Development and Technical Sales.
Enjoy building long-term business relationships.
Are proactive, target-driven, and enthusiastic about contributing to business growth.
