Job Title
Business Development Executive (Work form Home)
Roles & Responsibilities
Proactively contact prospective customers to introduce and promote the company’s products and services.
Promote products by clearly communicating their features, benefits, and eligibility requirements.
Meet the mandatory daily talk-time target of 90 minutes while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
Achieve monthly sales targets, KPIs, and individual performance objectives.
Assist customers by collecting and coordinating the required documentation.
Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups with leads and existing customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
Source new customer leads and business prospects through Google, online platforms, and other lead-generation channels.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer details, calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships through professional, courteous, and effective communication.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Must have Laptop, headset ,stable wifi connection and quite room to work.
Qualification
Any Degree
Experience
1-2 years experience in Tele calling in Banking or Insurance sector.
