Business Developement Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential brands, generating business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into clients for our e-commerce services.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with potential brands looking to grow their business on e-commerce platforms.
• Generate leads through outbound calling, networking, social media, references, and other channels.
• Understand the client's business, products, challenges, and e-commerce requirements.
• Pitch and explain the company's e-commerce services and solutions to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand owners and decision-makers.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions as required.
• Negotiate with clients and close business deals.
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
• Research market trends, competitors, and newbusiness opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
