Role Description The Business Development Manager role at SRB Power India Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and expanding the company’s market presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential markets, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. The Business Development Manager will track sales pipelines, prepare regular performance reports, and contribute to strategic planning for revenue growth. This position requires close collaboration with technical, operations, and leadership teams to align client needs with company capabilities.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, including market research, lead generation, and pipeline management.
• Strong client relationship and account management skills, with experience in handling negotiations and closing deals.
• Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical or complex solutions in clear, business-focused language.
• Experience in sales or business development within the power, energy, infrastructure, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects or opportunities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data and metrics to guide decisions and reporting.
• Proficiency in standard office software and CRM tools to manage client data and sales activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required.
