Job Description
A Business Data Analyst Sr Executive, will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide insights and recommendations that inform business decisions. Will work closely with senior management to develop and implement data-driven strategies that support the organizations objectives and improve overall performance.
Responsibilities
• Data Analysis and Reporting
• Collect and analyze large and complex data sets using various data analysis and reporting tools Eg VOLZA for import; export , IDA for sales of Electronics , Competitors Sales, Team, Distributors, Product, suppliers, Revenue, Marketing SWOT etc internal companies Product sales revenue, Customer Care, Opex, Replacements; Product Faults , department wise costing; structuring etc.
• Develop and implement data models, dashboards, and reports that provide insights into key business metrics and performance indicators.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets, and develop recommendations to improve performance and drive growth & profitability.
• Strategy Development and Implementation
• Work closely with senior management to develop and implement data-driven strategies that support the organizations objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organizations business processes, products, and services.
• Data Management and Quality Control
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data sets by conducting regular quality control checks.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures that ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Ensure the security and privacy of confidential and sensitive data.
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in data analysis, business analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in a business environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL, Excel,Tableau, and Power BI.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Compliance: The level of compliance with data governance policies and procedures, and relevant regulations
