This role requires a Business Analyst to lead the achievement of the Program's strategy by working with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information and systems.
The successful candidate will define and manage requirements through the delivery lifecycle to meet business needs. They will provide recommendations for process re-design and improvements and business solutions, enabling changes to processes, policy and/or information that support the BTGL Program to achieve targeted business outcomes and deliver business value.
The individual will be responsible for monitoring and identifying process inefficiencies and opportunities across the program and identifying root causes and recommend solutions. They will also analyze external vendor reports, raise any concerns with the Stream Lead and document case issues and resolutions in an internal tracking log/register.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
3-5 years of business process improvement/re-engineering experience
Knowledge of recent developments in financial services regulatory change
Tertiary Qualification in Business or Finance related disciplines
Experience in stakeholder engagement in a project and/or an operational team
Working knowledge of Advice Remediation
Experience in compiling and presenting reports on MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
Experience in reconciling data and information across multiple sources
Qualifications:
