Job Description
RequirementMore than 5 years of experience in Payments Experience in Cross Border Funds Transfer for the APAC Region - VN, TH, PH, CN, INHands on experience Domestic & Cross Border PaymentsSWIFT x-border and SWIFT RTGSSWIFT GPI, ISO20022 and other payment market trendsResponsibilities
• To collaborate, closely with users to collate, analysis, and standardize requirements, to perform gap-fit analysis against existing payments functionality and recommend necessary enhancements/improvements
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Identify project delivery issues and risks, assist with mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary
• Overseeing the implementation of technical business projects and solutions.
• Works effectively and individually with Technical and Non-Technical team members and customers
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders, users & development teams
