Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver iterative solutions efficiently.
Design and optimize databases, including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, ensuring data integrity and performance for analytics purposes.
Conduct data analysis using SQL, R, Python, and Bash (Unix shell) to extract insights, identify patterns, and support strategic decision-making.
Facilitate project management activities by creating process flows in Visio, tracking progress, and managing SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) phases.
Support the development of analytical models and perform business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements or automation.
Skills
Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI for creating compelling dashboards.
Strong understanding of Agile project management practices and SDLC frameworks.
Expertise in database design, SQL querying (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle), and data analysis skills.
Experience with programming languages including R, Python, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell).
Solid knowledge of business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder communication.
Familiarity with analytics platforms like Visio for process mapping and project documentation.
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets to inform strategic decisions.
