Reporting to the Manager, Performance, Reporting& Attribution, we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join our Investment Finance& Operations team in Toronto, supporting the Global Credit business across both Public Credit and Private Credit within a world-class, winning culture that prioritizes people development and long-term growth.
Our team is responsible for performance measurement, attribution, and reporting for the Global Credit business across Public Credit and Private Credit strategies. This includes calculating performance results for portfolios and benchmarks, producing exposure and portfolio analytics, and delivering clear insights into return drivers, positioning, and business trends for a range of internal stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:
Delivering actionable performance and investment insights to senior management, helping explain portfolio returns, valuation movements, risk exposures, and key drivers across Global Credit strategies.
Calculating, analyzing, and explaining performance across public and private credit investments, including loans, bonds, CLOs, structured credit, private debt funds and SMAs.
Performing attribution, variance analysis, and return reconciliations, identifying the impact of income generation, valuation changes, foreign exchange, leverage, and investment decisions on portfolio outcomes.
Developing a strong understanding of the investment data ecosystem supporting Global Credit. Perform data investigations, trace data lineage, and leverage analytical tools to resolve data quality issues, support portfolio analysis, and ensure the integrity of performance and investment reporting.
Analyzing private credit funds, SMAs, co-investments, and structured credit portfolios, leveraging knowledge of fund structures, fund accounting, and NAV methodologies to assess valuation drivers, portfolio company performance, leverage metrics, and the translation of underlying investment results into NAV and investor returns.
Calculating and reconciling performance metrics, including gross and net returns, TWR and IRR, while investigating performance, valuation, cash flow, and exposure discrepancies across managers and internal systems.
Monitoring market, spread, and macroeconomic developments, evaluating their impact on Public Credit and Private Credit performance, valuation, portfolio positioning, and investment opportunities.
