Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and personable Budtenders to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, educate customers on product options, and ensure a welcoming and professional environment. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to operate POS systems efficiently. Bilingual abilities in English and French are highly valued to assist a diverse clientele. The Budtender will play a key role in promoting responsible consumption and supporting sales through upselling and merchandising strategies.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting ******** products tailored to their needs
Educate customers on product effects, strains, dosages, and consumption methods
Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
Upsell products by recommending additional items to enhance customer experience
Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and perform basic filing of sales records
Ensure compliance with all local regulations regarding age verification and sale of ******** products
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Support store cleanliness and organization to create a safe shopping environment
Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Ability to operate computer systems, POS terminals, and perform computer operation tasks efficiently
Organizational skills for managing stock levels, filing documents, and maintaining store displays
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
Demonstrated professionalism with strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers
Knowledge of merchandising techniques and upselling strategies to boost sales performance
