Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned
Senior Architect/ Team Lead
with
8–10 years
of proven experience in architectural design and project delivery of
high-rise buildings . The ideal candidate will bring both creative vision and technical expertise, leading design teams from concept through execution, and ensuring excellence at every stage.
Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of high-rise residential and commercial projects. Oversee all architectural aspects of projects from concept to construction documentation. Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and clients for seamless project integration. Review and guide detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials. Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and regulations. Supervise junior architects and contribute to team development and mentoring.
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a reputed institution. 8–10+ years of experience, with significant work on high-rise building projects. Strong design and visualization skills with a solid portfolio showcasing relevant projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other design tools. Excellent knowledge of building systems, construction techniques, and material application. Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
Location & Schedule Full-time Work from Office Mon-Fri (+:30 am – 6:30 pm) Vasanth Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka
