About the role

Our Brisbane office has an exciting opportunity for a full time Brisbane Office Coordinator.

Your duties will include:

Management of reception including switch board, meeting rooms, catering, travel bookings, archiving and coordination of relief reception
Coordination of hot desk / share desk arrangements within the office
Building and office facilities management
Office induction and technology training for new staff members
Management of firm organisation portals
Client and social committee event planning
Coordination of law students, including rosters, work days and leave requests
Work hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

About you

You will genuinely enjoy working with people and providing our office and clients with support and confidentiality. You will have great communication skills and excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities. You will be professionally presented and have a polished telephone manner with enthusiasm and willingness to work on your own and with our team.

Previous reception experience in a legal environment or equivalent will be highly regarded.
