Job Description
The Brand Strategy Head/ Creative Director will be responsible for the overall brand strategy in the influencer marketing space. They will undertake efficient management of all account maintenance tasks in coordination with the team. Insight-driven strategies are expected along with efficient handling of all campaigns and pitches that are proposed from time to time
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Taking a disruptive & impactful way of Influencer Powered Marketing for top brands & agencies at scale Building and executing strategy to get more brands to take up WORD's marketing services and solutions.
• Connecting with the team and working on creative and data-driven plans and campaigns.
• Ideating and churning creative pitches on branded content for prospective clients.
• Utilize knowledge and understanding of the client's products/services and industry to inform sound strategy and recommendations.
• Effectively manage all daily tasks as well as guide development and education of Assistant Strategist
• Working with teams to ensure that clients' campaign deliverables & objectives are met efficiently.
• Monitor campaign delivery and make adjustments/recommendations accordingly. Participate in client communication and provide inputs to the sales team.
• Partner with brand marketers, agencies, and cross commerce into our campaigns.
• Build briefs that inspire agency partners to create meaningful ideas rooted in consumer truths and insights.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• 8-10 years of experience in creative thinking and branding exercise
• Strong digital marketing knowledge and experience
• Forte in creative thinking and building brand stories
• Logical thinking/ strategic omnichannel perspective
• Thorough research and analytical capabilities
• Presentation and communication skills
