We are looking for a Brand Manager for our Luxury skin care vertical . This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency. Urgent position and only people from Skincare / Beauty brands background will be considered.
Broad KRA’s:
Brand Management Operations
• Manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing channels
• Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including advertising materials, packaging, and digital assets [plan, manage execute shoots, etc.]
• Agency management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in product launches, promotions, and campaigns
Marketing Plan Calendar
• Develop the annual campaign calendar in line with the monthly sales ask
• Ownership of each campaign from concept to performance analysis
• Design data driven campaigns: concept, promotional offer, KPIs, etc.
• Develop Site customer journey for all campaigns
• Timely execution of campaign its elements: Work closely with SCM, Sales, Design etc. to ensure all aspects are in sync for timely roll-out
• Develop Comms plan for every campaign: Amplification of campaigns: Drive internal team [performance, SM, CRM etc..]
• Monitoring Reporting: Monitoring campaigns against pre- defined KRA’s and developing MIS reports to analyze performance.
• Formulate annual calendar for mini/ short burst campaigns to drive traffic

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and MBA Marketing preferred
• 4-8 years' brand management or marketing experience
