• Content Creation to define, develop, and amplify the house narrative across all customer touchpoints.
• The ideal candidate will be a natural storyteller with a deep appreciation for luxury, craftsmanship, design, art, and culture. This individual will be responsible for translating the brand's philosophy, heritage, craftsmanship, and innovation into compelling content and communication strategies that strengthen house equity and drive engagement.
• This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative excellence, content leadership, and cross-functional collaboration

Major Responsibilities:
Brand Communication Strategy:
• Develop and execute the overall house communication strategy aligned with business and house objectives.
• Define and evolve the house voice, tone, messaging architecture, and storytelling framework.
• Ensure consistency of communication across digital, print, experiential, PR, and internal communication channels.
• Build compelling narratives around craftsmanship, design innovation, heritage, luxury, and bespoke experiences.
Content Strategy &
• Editorial Leadership
• Own the content ecosystem for the house across: Website, Social Media, Campaigns, Editorial Features, Lookbooks &
• Brochures, Product Stories, PR Communication, Newsletters, Presentations &
• Corporate Communication.
• Develop annual and quarterly content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns, and business priorities.
• Lead the conceptualization and creation of high-quality written and visual content.
• Establish editorial standards, content frameworks, and storytelling guidelines.
Campaign Storytelling &
• Launch Communication
• Develop communication strategies and storytelling frameworks for product launches, collections, collaborations, and house campaigns.
• Create campaign narratives, taglines, messaging hierarchies, and content journeys.
• Ensure a seamless communication experience across all customer touchpoints.
• Work closely with creative, marketing, and PR teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Brand Narrative &
• Luxury Storytelling
• Translate complex craftsmanship processes into engaging and aspirational stories.
• Create compelling narratives around artisans, materials, design inspirations, and bespoke creations.
• Identify storytelling opportunities that strengthen house desirability and cultural relevance.
• Develop founder-led thought leadership and brand-led narratives.
Digital Content and Community Engagement
• Drive content performance across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers
