*Customer Support Executive International Voice Process
*Experience : 6 months - 4 Years
*Job Location: Chennai
*Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)
*Job Summary:**
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls from global customers and providing high-quality support.
*Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently
Maintain professionalism and empathy during interactions
Follow company guidelines and meet quality standards
Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
Achieve targets for call handling time, resolution, and customer satisfaction
*Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Neutral or international accent preferred
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in night shifts
*Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate / Undergraduate (depending on company)
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Prior experience in BPO / call center is an added advantage
