The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and committed Bottling & Packaging Supervisor to join our Bottling and Packaging Team in our Auckland Winery in Glendene. You will be working 34.5 hours per week as the night shift supervisor, from Wednesday to Friday, 6 PM to 6 AM. This schedule gives you the benefit of four-day weekends every week.
What you’ll be doing
Leading the night shift team including managing all people processes
Ensuring timely production and quality standards are met
Ensuring achievement of bottling and packaging line performance targets
Ensuring the machinery and equipment are operating safely and efficiently
Project work and continuous improvement initiatives across the Bottling & Packaging operation as required
Shift hours are Wednesday to Friday, 6PM to 6AM
What you’ll bring
Proven team leadership experience
Experience supervising in a manufacturing and production environment
A self-starting attitude with the energy, motivation, and stamina required to be effective in a dynamic and demanding environment
The ability to communicate and work collaboratively in a team environment
Previous experience in a bottling and packing environment is preferred although not essential
