About the Role

We’re seeking a Billing Operations Specialist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis (4-day week). We’re also open to a job share arrangement for the right candidates. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional efforts, tackle complex issues, and deliver strategic insights that drive real business value.

What you can expect with this role

Lead and deliver high-impact initiatives with clear milestones, smart task management, and proactive risk mitigation.
Be the expert point of contact for Senior Advisors, providing deep insights and practical solutions.
Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements using proven methodologies.
Collaborate with business units and subject matter experts to align goals and ensure successful outcomes.
Support teams in enhancing tools, processes, and capabilities for long-term success.
Conduct in-depth analysis and present actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
Ensure all initiatives and enhancements are backed by solid requirements, impact assessments, and cost-benefit analyses.
Keep the Management informed with regular updates on progress, risks, and results.
Your skills and experience

For this role, we are looking for great talent with:

Degree level qualification in business, commerce, or related discipline.
Strong experience in managing and implementing business improvements and analysing business information within complex operational settings.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate insights clearly.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
