Duties
Source, screen, and interview candidates using innovative recruiting strategies, including social media management and cold calling techniques.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
Conduct employment law compliance checks and ensure all hiring practices adhere to labor regulations.
Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates through effective communication skills and relationship management.
Lead talent acquisition efforts for various roles including technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal recruiting initiatives.
Coordinate employee orientation sessions, employee evaluations, and assist with employee relations to foster a positive workplace environment.
Requirements
Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse candidate pools.
Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition within human resources or staffing agencies.
Strong negotiation skills to facilitate offers and close candidates confidently.
Familiarity with HRIS systems such as SAP PeopleSoft, ADP, Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro, or Workday.
Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices.
Experience with applicant tracking systems like Lever, iCIMS, Taleo or similar platforms.
Excellent research skills combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Demonstrated ability in social media management for sourcing passive candidates.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
