Description:

Our client is seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong background in architectural project management, ideally within the retail sector.
• Lead and manage the design and technical development of retail projects from concept through to construction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure design intent is executed accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Conduct site visits, coordinate with contractors, and resolve on-site design issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and local regulations.
• Contribute to design presentations, material selections, and finish specifications tailored to retail environments.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural or interior design project management, ideally within retail design.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with at least 3 years of hands-on experience using both tools.
• Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and building systems.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Experience with project coordination and client interaction is a strong asset.
• Bilingual English French. Read more
