Beautician / Beauty Therapist / Cosmetologist
Job Summary:
The beautician is responsible for performing various beauty treatments, including facials, hair removal, manicures, pedicures, and makeup application. They must maintain a high level of customer service, ensure client satisfaction, and adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Consultation:
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Recommend appropriate treatments and products based on clients' skin type, hair type, and other factors.
Beauty Treatments:
• Perform facials, including cleansing, exfoliating, and applying masks and treatments.
• Conduct hair removal services such as waxing, threading, and laser treatments.
• Provide manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application.
• Apply makeup for special occasions or everyday wear.
• Offer hairstyling services, including cutting, coloring, and styling.
• Perform body treatments such as body scrubs, wraps, and massages.
Product Sales:
• Recommend and sell beauty products to clients.
• Keep up-to-date with new products and treatments in the beauty industry.
Sanitation and Safety:
• Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized and properly maintained.
• Follow health and safety regulations to prevent infections and injuries.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for clients.
• Address client concerns and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through consistent and high-quality service
Administrative Duties:
• Schedule appointments and manage client bookings.
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and product preferences.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
• Certification or diploma in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or a related field.
• State or country-specific licensure, if required.
• Proven experience as a beautician or similar role.
• Knowledge of beauty products and treatments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for the beauty industry.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demean
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
